[Support request] Last Updated date not show in google search snippet

Hey

I want to display Last Update date in my post and also google search snippet. For this I am include those code in my child theme functions.php

Everything was fine. I show modified date in my post and few days later It will show also in google search snippet.

But from last ten to twelve days, I notice show published date in google search snippet again but in my post show Last Update date.

How Can I solve this?
