Largest Contentful Paint and Poor URLs

Hello,

I noticed today that Google Search Console is stating I have poor URL for mobile. I don't remember this ever happening before, but it's been like this these past few months. I am not sure if it is theme related but they are stating it's because of my largest contentful paint and to check render blocking JavasScript and CSS. Do you know if this could be related to something within my theme settings (Wordsmith) or something entirely different? Sorry I am new to all this and if you have any insight or can point me in the right direction, it would be super appreciated! Thank you!
