Largest Contentful Paint (3780ms)

I have tried and tried to fix this problem. I have changed image sizes, changed font to svg, and other procedures with no avail.

The more I try to fix it the worse it gets. What is the problem?

I have asked this question many times but no-one has answered.
What is the exact size of header image and how do I delete: Warnings: A <link rel=preconnect> was found for "https://www.googletagmanager.com" but was not used by the browser. Only use preconnect for important origins that the page will certainly request.

I checked your user profile, which you can do by clicking on the Forum Profile button, and your Topics. I do see many topics regarding LCP, each of them were answered by a member of GP Support but we never received any further replies....
What is the issue today ?
