Largest Content Paintfull Due to Featured Image

Hello,
The featured image on mobile view is causing the LCP issue. I'm not using lazyload in any plugin option. Still, this issue is coming.
I tried to adjust the image size still issue is there. Then I try to use the autoptimize image exclusion option by putting the below code. But still, the problem is there.
Can you please tell me how I can solve that LCP issue. Please see the below image link.
Hi there,
you have to read the whole PSI report - if you have large render block script/style times then they will block the image from loading.
