How do I use generate press to create a website in two languages

You would need a plugin like Polylang and WPML.

by any chance you know program the website to know is the person that is visiting the page speaks English or Spanish?

I don't - not sure how that is possible.

I do speak both languages. But I read they organize the URL in both languages as a copy, but they add the information after /EN or /ES. I will read about the plugin, who knows if I need it in the future. I am surprised that when you go to some pages they selected your country or language, but I presume is complicated.
