Landingpage

This is an emergency call. Due to my acute depression, I have lost some of my knowledge. I have a few questions when creating a website for my friends, and I hope you can help me. I have created a page that I want to have as a landingpage by clicking on the homepage. I can't generate the landing page nor the link to the homesite. In addition, always first in the Customizer comes a site with "my Blog" where can I change this? I urgently need support and look forward to your feedback.

I'm not fully sure I understand what you mean. By "by clicking on the homepage.", did you mean the link on the nav bar?
If yes, the links you find in the navigation bar can be edited through Appearance > Customize > Menus.
If you're pertaining to the main menu (primary menu), we can first check which menu is in place by clicking the "View All Location". https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1udx7de

Remember the name of the menu selected for Primary Menu as that's the one you have to edit.
Go back to Appearance > Customize > Menus view and click the name of the menu you saw on selected for primary menu.

You can click the "Add Items" button to add your page.
You can add multiple links to pages (like the one you've created) like this:

You can change this on Appearance > Customize > Site identity.
