Where do I find some extra info about the options of the different plugins. For example, in sections, there are two options for box type: Fluid and Contained, and these are optiones for the Inner BOx TYpe as well.
What is the meaning of the one and of the other type?
How is the top - and bottom padding measured? pixels?

Fluid = full width
Container = the container width you have set in "Customize > Layout > Container
Inner box type is the box that contains your content. You can have this contained or full width.
The top and bottom padding is measured in pixels.
