[Resolved] Keeping existing content vs demo content uploading

Hi team,

Hope you can help me out. I am changing WordPress Themes on my website with already existing content and want to use Generatepress from now on. I would like to import demo pages as well to use the design but I do not want to loose my current content. I did do a backup already, but I still find it tricky.

Can you let me know if I can do this without worrying about loosing my content?

Hi there,

Your existing content will not be erased during site library import.

Creating a back is definitely a good idea.

I would also recommend doing the transition in a staging site as some tweaks will likely be needed.
