Keeping element visable on full screen mode

I have a html5 video player on my page, and text element I want to appear above the video. When the video in full-screen mode the text element disappears, how can I keep it visible on full-screen mode? Thanks

GP doesn't have something built-in for that so you will likely need a custom solution.
