[Support request] Keep disclaimer from showing in Post Excerpt?

I would like to add a disclaimer to the top of posts that have affiliate content. Is there a way to keep the disclaimer from showing in the post excerpts such as on a category page?

How are you currently setting the excerpt? Using a more tag?

If so you can try the excerpt metabox option to keep the disclaimer out of it:
