Looking through all the code I think it tries to load
    https://katka.elementortemplatepack.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/london-2427851_1920.png

But that loads nothing for me.

This is the black and white cartoonish background of the buildings at the top of the template.
If I had the image file I could upload it to media library and assign it as section background.

That’s strange – it should be coming from gpsites.co: https://gpsites.co/finance/

You can save the image there and upload it to the first section using Elementor 🙂

Tom how do I do that? I can’t right click the background and save it. The url is buried in CSS code somewhere. And one version has the Katka Finance hardcoded on the image.
If you can email it to me my address is tturner@torrid-tech.com

    Go to this link:
    https://gpsites.co/finance/wp-content/uploads/sites/7/2018/02/london-2427851_1920.png

Then right click to download this image.

OK thanks that works. But someone should look into the Pro Site Library.
I have never heard of GP before and just started 2 or 3 days ago… bought premium to use the template… selected that template… and initially the image was there but later nothing. Diving into CSS showed it going to an old url at the Katka domain that results in no image being loaded. Not sure how that happened except if your pro template does not link to the right place. I did not edit anything in the template manually.

Yeah the image should be coming from gpsites.co as Tom mentioned.

We will take a closer look.
