Kadence blocks conflict

I have been using the kadence blocks plug in just because I prefer their post grids, but my site has been very glitchy lately and going through plug ins showed that to be the culprit. Is there any fix or work around or do I simply need to say good bye to kadence blocks and rebuild all of those pages where I've been using it?
I'm actually continuing to have problems with my site, even with kadence disabled, I cannot pinpoint what's conflicting with it. Can you please take a look?

Thanks, after going through the plug ins I think it's ShortPixel. When activated the glitches are as seen in the image if that link works
I'm not familiar with the plugin so I would recommend checking with their support team.
