September 15, 2020 at 3:06 am #1443778DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there
do you have any other Header Elements in your site?
If so check to make sure there is not another header element that would also be set to display there eg. set to Entire Site or Pages > All Pages.
September 15, 2020 at 3:13 am #1443789PopsGot it!!!

September 15, 2020 at 4:17 am #1443883PopsHi again, SO sorry to bother you again. But I have now got the header on my About page and have followed exactly ther same protocols for the ‘Bolg’ page. But somehow I cant get the image to show on that page!!!
I am stumped!!!!!
September 15, 2020 at 6:06 am #1443999DavidStaffCustomer SupportThe Blog ( ie.the page set to display latest posts ) is not a standard post type – so things like the Content Title and Featured Image ( or anything in a Meta Box ) is simply ignored by WordPress.
Instead you will need to create a new Header Element specifically for the
Blog
– and set a Custom Background image.Make sure the Blog is not included in any other Header Element you have already created to stop the same conflict that happened before.
September 15, 2020 at 6:12 am #1444008PopsHji,
I have done that, exactly the same settings as ‘about’ and ‘Contact’ pages…..and have the ‘blog’ element showing only on blog as it were.
But I cant get the image to show.
The only element that might include blog is the ‘GenerateBlocks Full Page Width’ but that is displaying on all pages and the about and contact show the uploaded images.
Stuck really 🙂
