Just bought Premium. It won't activate

Hi, I've just purchased the Premium GeneratePress plugin and inserted my code in the "License Key" field. It refuses to accept and just spins forever. I also cannot activate any of the features below that - it also just spins when I try and activate them.
Please suggest a way forward, this is unacceptable.
Hi there,
try going to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes. This will regenerate permalinks which in a lot of instances will fix that issue.
If that doesn't work, then we will need to debug using other methods:
