[Support request] Just 1 option in "Disable Elements"

Hi Tom,

in the section of “Disable Elements” I don’t see this:

I just have the option (on a page) to disable “Headline / Post Title”. How can I see also the other options:
– Header
– Primery navigation
– Secondary navigation
– Post Image / Page Header
– Footer
???

Those additional options require the Disable Elements add-on. Do you have it activated?
