Just 1 option in "Disable Elements"

Hi Tom,
in the section of "Disable Elements" I don't see this:
I just have the option (on a page) to disable "Headline / Post Title". How can I see also the other options:
- Header
- Primery navigation
- Secondary navigation
- Post Image / Page Header
- Footer
???
Hi there,
Those additional options require the Disable Elements add-on. Do you have it activated?
