jump to section on another page

Hi guys!
I found the plugin (Page scroll to id) that would solve this situation, but first I wanted to know if there is something I am not considering ...

My website has two pages, Home and the Blog. The home page has 5 sections.
The links in the menu access these sections, but when I'm on the blog page I can't jump to a section on the home page.
I tried to use the links in two ways and got different situations ...

If I use only the id (#link), when I'm on the blog page I can't go back.
If I use the full path in the link (/ mysite / # link), I can jump back from the blog to the section, but all links are active because the classes “current-menu-item current_page_item” are added

the "who we are" and "services" links - use the full path, while the "products", "downloads" and "contact" links use only the id.

Can you help me with this?
