Does anyone know how to achieve this?

Hmm your example and my link looks to achieve the same thing to me?

The Codepen page has all the HTML/CSS/JS you would need.

Might be worth digging around some more if that’s not the effect you are looking for,

I’ve been trying to achieve the same thing. But without the scroll to next section buttons.

Basically trying to replicate these websites:

– https://www.sequoiacap.com/india/

Any help that you could provide??

Unfortunately that will take quite a bit of custom coding which is out of the scope of this forum.
