[Support request] Json markup for woocommerce products

Hi all,
First, I had to say I’m not a developper.
I used GP + Elementor + Woocommerce for client.
I made my WC product template with Elementor theme builder function but with this way, I lost products markup from wc. (Elementor support send me this answer :”At the moment Elementor does not fully support schema attributes within the theme builder templates. “)

Do you know if I can use GP hook to add markup in json only on wc product page ?
If yes, do you know can I give a exemple thay will help me ?
If not, any advice to add products markup (without plugin will be my 1st choice) ?
