[Support request] Jet Menu for elementor

Hi there,
I have recently purchased a Jet Menu plugin (mega menu that is designed by elementor).

I am unable to “enable” it and the settings menu is blank with generatepress theme as seen in the uploaded image. I am unable to use the menu.

Having changed the theme to twenty seventeen, everything worked and I was able to use the menu.

Can you please advise.

I’m afraid I’m not familiar with the plugin. Is that screenshot in the Dashboard? Are there any console errors if you right click the page and click “Inspect”?

it is blank with Generatepress (which I am quite enthusiastic about)

Were there any errors in the Console tab when you right click + Inspect on the page?

I checked with the plugin developer and I was told there is an error 400
which i don’t understand what that is!

Did they give you a specific error? You can usually find more info about errors in the error_log file, which exists on your server.

I can’t think of anything within GP that would conflict.

What happens if you disable WP Fastest Cache? It looks like you’re running out of memory. You could try increasing it: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/increasing-php-memory-limit/
