Items submenu cannot be opened on iPad

The best way to test this is with an iPad pro.
1. First I have to click on it twice before the pop-up menu opens: http://prntscr.com/o5p6pz
2. If I want to open a submenu the menu will be closed: http://prntscr.com/o5p6et
Since the last Theme Update, i have this issue...
