Items from menu do not appear as pages

Hello,

I'd really appreciate your help with this:

In my menu, I have the Coaching item, with 2 sub-items: Plant Medicine & Psychedelics and Intuitive Coaching.

However, the same text appears on all 3 pages. I want to modify the text on each, but they appear as the same page ?!

When I go to Pages and search for Plant Medicine & Psychedelics and Intuitive Coaching, so I can edit them, they do not appear.

How can I make these 2 pages appear in my dashboard-pages, so I can edit them?
