I’m trying to find out if there is a way to change the video size on the mobile? It looks fine on desktop but when I get to mobile for some reason the boxes doesn’t fit the screen properly… Other than that I was able to get the theme up and going sense I already had my site laid out.

When you look at these on a mobile for some reason the video block looks too long.. It doesn’t fit like correctly when you look at it from the mobile site… It looks fine on desktop.. But I’m trying to make sure that the mobile experience is fixed. This was the only reason I was hesitating to buy the theme because of how the video on mobile doesn’t correctly fits… It plays correctly but its the appearance that doesn’t seem to be correct.

    Hi there,

How are you adding the video at the moment? Just using HTML?

If so, a tool like this might help: https://embedresponsively.com/

Right now im just putting the YouTube url in the editor section…

This was the only thing I saw wrong other than that the site is passing my expectations of speed … im using wp rocket with imagnify and with stackpath cdn.. i also believe I was able to use a3 lazy load..

In the editor can you try adding the Videos using the Youtube Embed block.
If that doesn’t work then the https://embedresponsively.com/ site will create a responsive youtube embed.

Just so you know I hit my right click button and used the embed code to resize the images.. I had to resize all the images to 650 by 350 but I would make a suggestion to see if you can put a update in the future to fix the how the video shows up on the mobile form sense everything is gearing up towards mobile.

The videos looks much small then they did before. The blocks on the mobile shows up as a square and they should look more like a rectangle.
https://sellorbuyhomefast.com/when-should-i-sell-my-house-and-rent-an-apartment/ is a example when you put it on your phone you will see were it looks more like a square still and it should look more like a rectangle around the video…..

On the page speed it is pulling up like on desktop
    Score:
    98
    First Contentful Paint
    0.7 s
    Speed Index
    1.1 s
    Time to Interactive
    0.7 s
    First Meaningful Paint
    0.7 s
    First CPU Idle
    0.7 s
    Max Potential First Input Delay
    50 ms

    and
    65 Mobile
    First Contentful Paint 2.3 s
    Speed Index
    4.1 s
    Time to Interactive
    8.0 s
    First Meaningful Paint
    2.3 s

So no complaints on the theme itself

When it comes to embed codes the styling is out of the themes control – as the embed code sets some of the sizing parameters. Options for responsive YT videos:

    1. If you use the Block editor then simply pasting in the Share link that YouTube provides ( not the embed code ) it will output a responsive video.

    2. If you’re using the classic editor then i would take the same share link and pass it through this site https://embedresponsively.com/ to generate a responsive embed code.
