Issues with smooth scroll

Hello.
I have problems with smooth scroll. I have activated it and added the class "smooth-scroll" in the items of my menu. I have also tried to add some PHP codes that I have seen that you recommended in the forum, but I have not achieved satisfactory results.

In my browsers the movement of the page is not smooth, it is abrupt. Not speed up and not slow down. There is no change if I activate or not activate "smooth scroll" in the theme.

I understand that the movement is not very smooth, and when you click a button further "away" (like "visits" or "contact") the movement is too fast, not smooth at all. Maybe this is how it has to be? I don't know, but if I uncheck the "smooth-scroll" box in the theme, or if I delete the "smooth-scroll" class in the menu items, the movement behavior is exactly the same.

Our smooth scroll should work basically the same as well. And you can change the speed with this filter:
