Issues with mobile friendly website

Hi there,
This morning I got an email from Google Search Console, saying:
1. Viewport not set
2. Text too small to read
3. Clickable elements too close together
And indeed, when I visited my site on my phone it looked weird.
Not sure how this has happened though, because everything was working fine before.
How do I fix this? Link to website in private info.
I disabled a couple of plug-ins I installed yesterday and this seems to have solved the problem. Thanks! :)
