[Support request] Issues with loading elementor library widgets

I am using an elementor library widget in the top bar. When loading, the font is very large at first and then shrinks to the set size. If I open the widget, instead of seeing it show the widget type as usual, it shows the text in a very large size. If I click on it, then the widget title appears as normal, and the widget will load correctly once or twice and then begin loading large again. Everything is up to date and the only plugins enabled are the generate press pro, elementor and elementor pro. I tried regenerating the CSS but no help.

This is something you will need to check with Elementor’s support team.

I can’t see how this would be a theme issue.
