[Resolved] Issues with Hooks in Elements after installing security plugin

Having issues with different Hooks in Elements, secondary menus, product categories, product image galleries not showing or the code text shows instead, on a couple of websites after installing a security plugin. Seeing this: Unable to execute PHP as DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT is defined. How do I fix?
