ISSUES with Featured image - when using Elements Header and try to share on FB

Hallo there,
I have noticed that if you use a Header Element for Blog Posts like my example bellow ( sorry for the long link )
Facebook share will not recognise the featured image , if there is no Header Element will pick the right image tho.
Does this has to do with GP or not at all ?
PS. Website is on development and does not has any SEO plugin installed.

Social sharing looks for either meta tags for the image or the first HTML <img> in the post.
If you use an Element to display the featured as the background then the sharing bot won't find it as thats added using CSS. The fix is to use an SEO plugin to set the sharing image.
