[Support request] Issues with demo content

Hi,
Facing issues with importing demo content from the templates. i’ve disabled all plugins except the generate ones and am still unable to import the demo content correctly. the template im looking to import is crypto.

What specifically is occurring when you try to upload Crypto?

You currently have a Site Imported, can we remove that, and re-import Crypto to test?

Yes, please proceed. the site imported is actually crypto but the demo content does not import.

I can’t seem to Remove the Site Library from my end. Are you able to do so?

It seems that the site SSL certificate was removed as well. Can you put it back/re-activate it?

Ive removed the site library. As for the ssl, it was removed due to disabling on cloudflare.

ive just tried it again and it still does not import demo content.

It seems like a server issue. Can you check if php-xml extension is installed on your server?

There was also a customer previously who had a similar issue.

She ran this command to resolve the issue and install missing extensions in her server: sudo apt -y install php-curl php-gd php-intl php-mbstring php-soap php-xml php-xmlrpc php-zip
