Issues Using Query Loop on a Blog Page: Relay Theme

Hello,
I am using the Relay Theme and added the query loop block on a Blog page so I can display my blog posts in a nice format.
The blog page is a static page.
However, the page has a different layout than what I can see in the editor section.
I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

Hi there,
go to Settings > Reading, in the Posts page select box, unset the page there, so it just says - Select -
This will stop WP from making that static page into the default blog.
Now your static blog page will be an actual static page that you can edit.
