Issue with upload buttons

Hi Tom
My upload buttons on my customisation tabs are not working. I can't upload background images etc..
Any ideas?

Are you using the latest version of WordPress and the Backgrounds add-on?

No - we haven't updated yet. Its a huge job for our site as its custom built with custom plugins.
I think we are currently running 3.9 but would have to confirm with our external developers.

That makes sense then - the upload buttons in the Customizer require 4.0.
It's highly suggested that you stay up to date, as old versions can be hacked quite easily.
