Issue with team showcase plugin

Hi

I am using the team showcase plugin without issue on desktop. However, when I try to view the info of a team member in mobile, the popup gets truncated. I tried the plugin demo and it doesn't happen so I guess it is a theme issue? Appreciate if someone could help me. Thank you very much.
