Issue with element

Hi - Have created a sub-menu bar as a block-hook element and added it to a demo page as "generate_after_header"....however there seems to be a grey bar showing above the menu bar element (colour #F7F8F9) which I can't seem to change...it should be white. Screenshot link and demo page are below.

Try to change the 10px margin top to 10px padding top for the GB container :)
