Did you install GB 1.7 and GB Pro 1.5 once and then rollback to the old version?

In the editor, the interface is GB 1.7, but in your plugin list, it’s still showing GB 1.6 and GB pro 1.5. I wonder if that’s the cause of the issue.

Can you try upgrading the plugins to GB 1.7 and GB Pro 1.5?

    Let me know!

    Ying,

No installation of GB 1.7 or rollback was ever performed. I was waiting til the latest GB Pro was out of ‘development version’ before upgrading.

Regardless, I just did as you asked and upgraded the plugins to GB 1.7 and GB Pro 1.5 (development versions) …. and nothing has changed.

Homepage still loading with no styling.

Please help, we’ve had about 10k pageviews on the page since this started and it doesn’t look very good…

    Cheers,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

This is really odd. Can you try updating GB and GB Pro in the staging site as well so we can check in the backend what happens?

    Fixed this one guys.

Did some detective work and the issue was only appearing on pages where the ‘latest running shoes’ Reusable Block was being used.

This was a block I edited last week. I’ve no idea what it was doing that screwed with the site, but I’ve just deleted it and the whole issue has gone away. If you’re interested in a post-mortem, you’ll see the block on the homepage of the staging site – the green one that has the latest running shoe reviews.

Many thanks for your patience and troubleshooting over this.

    Thomas

I see. That’s odd. We’re glad you found the cause! You’re welcome, Thomas! Have a nice day!
