There seems to be a wordpress bug with some of my sites. when i access the backend, it seems to be completely blank and missing all the code. however it seems to be functional on the frontend. this has occured with several pages on my site loca-dating.de and i have not been able to fix it yet

Here a few pictures that illustrate the problem: https://imgur.com/a/1whrCLZ

My hosting provider says this problem could be due to a incompatibility issue with the theme or a plugin.

    Hi there,

temporarily disable all other plugins, clear any browser caches and then re-edit that page. If the content is displayed, then its a case or re-enabling each plugin to see which one is causing the issue.

Hey, I did as you said and i can confirm that it’s not a plugin issue.

Would you be able to provide us with temporary admin access and we can take a look?
You can share login details in the Private Information field.

If i check the first of the links – i see this:

    2021-12-03_14-44-12

But the other two pages are empty…. how were they created ?

Sorry, youre right! I fixed the first link manually by replacing the code. So just ignore that one.

How the pages where created? Normally, by writing and pasting code into wordpress blocks…
