[Resolved] Issue with adding Site Icon in customiser

Trying to add a site icon (various images tried), the interface gets to the cropping phase, then simply states ‘There has been an error cropping your image.’ and you cannot proceed.

Any ideas?

all latest versions of plugins /GP. Cleared cache, no compression etc enabled currently (site is in dev).

Hi there,

can you go to Dashboard > Tools > Site Health and check to see if there are any issues.

If none are displayed check the Server details on the info tab to see:
PHP version and PHP memory limit.

• Warning The optional module, zip, is not installed, or has been disabled.
• Error The required module, gd, is not installed, or has been disabled.

I’ll get our dev to take a look at those and see if that resolves the issue. Thanks for the tip. Will update shortly.
