Issue Regarding add new hook element

i have an issue with hook element. whenever i creat author box hook and click on publish, it shows “Oops! That Page Can’t Be Found.”

Strange. Haven't seent this one before.
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

That's weird. Can you keep all plugins disabled and make sure the parent theme is activated, then provide the dashboard access for me to take a look?

That said, can you explain a bit more on what you did to encounter the issue?
Also, can you explain in more details what exactly are you trying to achieve w/ the Hook Element? so we could advise you in a more specific manner on what's the best course of action.
