Issue of Mobile Usability on Certain Pages

I noticed that there are mobile usability issues with some urls on my blog

There are three issues reported on Google Search Console:

1. Text too small to read
2. Clickable elements too close together.

I tried to remove some apps to resolved, but nothing much helpful

Could you please let me know how to fix these issues?

I set it up as per the google benchmark. Everything is fine but suddenly Today, the layout of mobile became smaller. It may be due to a theme error. I am sharing one link for your information.. Would you please check and give me your opine on this
