Issue breadcrumb after update theme

The issues flagged on the PDF isn't exact theme related.

Most, if not all of the things mentioned are "breadcrumbs" which are from a plugin you use (Yoast).

You should ask Yoast about this for any recommendation or best practice on their plugin.
