Is using the option to hide the title hurting the SEO of the web?

Hi, i really love to use the option to hide the title, and to write after my own H1 as a title of the page.

However im wondering if is this practice hurting the SEO of my web? i just read that the most important for the search engines are the title of the page and the H1.

By the way im using Yoast Seo and also give me the option to write a title of the web, does this compensate that im using the hide title option in generate press?
