Is this a possible layout for a single post?

Hello GeneratePress!
I recently changed from a Newspaper theme to GeneratePress for site-speed and SEO issues.
As you know, single post layout of the GeneratePress theme is very simple. I want a layout like the page below:

The first section does not have a sidebar. There is only featured image with meta info.
https://gpsites.co/dispatch/styling/ is similar, but there is no sidebar. I couldn't find what I wanted in either Layout or Hook.
Is there any way I can make this?
