Only way is to use the Classic editor – but then you have no Block Editor – and WP will be ending support of the Classic Editor soon.
Honestly, i don’t see this as a concern. The styles only need to be loaded once, as the browser will cahche them, and if you’re using Critical CSS correctly it will only load the styles your loading.

I am sorry but thats about as much advice i can offer on this.
