is there any code I can use to display a disclaimer just once at session start

Hi, I'd like to display a disclaimer that people have to agree to before entering my site.
I want this disclaimer to appear only once when they 1st arrive to the site url - session start.
Is there any code that I can use to do this?

You'll need some plugin to implant this, I googled and found this article, hope it's helpful:

Hi Ying, thanks for this.
I've tried a few plugins, my problem is getting the disclaimer to appear only once at session start.
Or it appears every time I return to the home page or it doesn't appear at all.
Do you have any advice how I can get the disclaimer to appear only the first time you visit the site url - session start.
