Is there an easy way to hide sections?

I have product information pages on my website (not WooCommerce or a store), and sometimes I add a section about sales or limited-time offers to the pages using the GP sections plugin. To make this easier on myself, if there a way to turn sections on and off so that they are invisible when a sale is not going on? Or do I just need to delete and save the code elsewhere?
