Is there a way to disable design features of the customizer?

Hi hi,
Is there a way to remove the design options under Appearance > Customize, for everyone logged in who isn't me?
I know I could just remove that menu item entirely, though the customizer is nice because it makes it easy for my clients to update widget areas. I think showing them the design customizing options is confusing, though, because I've done so much customization on this site in css/jquery that half will work, and half won't. Is it possible to allow them to update content using the customizer, but not design/layout?

Is your client set up as an admin? Or something else?

They're set up as admins - though I can do it by user ID, this works. Thank you!
