Is there a way to call a 3rd-party plugin?

I use a feedback service for my company that can generate a score. It's one of those "How well do you like my service" type things, where people can click Great, Ok, Bad. I'd like to publish the resulting score to my website, but it requires I use their API. I have their API details, but I don't know where / how to stick it in the website code. Is there a component of GP that I can provide the API and URL details, and say "Stick it here ->"? Or what's the best way to get the api call to execute?

Thank you.

Hi there,

There isn't anything built-in for this.

Does the plugin have instructions for how to display it?

Thank you. All I have is the API key and the URL. I was told to just "program the api call" to have my wordpress site automatically pull the data.

You will need to follow up to see if they can provide the exact steps to get this done unfortunately.

If they can provide the method that work in a Twenty series default theme, the same method should work for GeneratePress.

Thanks, Leo. I'll see what I can do. I appreciate your help.

No problem :)
