Is there a way of using Block Elements anywhere on page

I have created various new Block Elements, and they can be attached to various hooks, that's fine. But, is there a way to use these blocks inside the page as blocks? For instance, I have 4 block elements and I am building a home page, and want to add some of these blocks to that page, there are no hooks to add them, just to add them as they are created? Right now, Template Library block allows inserting GenerateBlocks templates, but why we can't do the same with the Elements Blocks?

Hi there,
Block Elements rely on action Hooks that are within the Theme ( and Plugin ) templates - there are no such Hooks within the post content as that is limited to what you add to the editor.
For static content blocks you would just use a re-usable block in your post editor.
For dynamic content blocks - we will be adding Dynamic Content options to the GenerateBlocks in a future update.
