Is there a template to list all categories with title, description and image?

I watched the video on how to create a template for posts using elements, and that worked nice. I was wondering if I can create a page that would list all categories (ie. 3 columns) with blocks that would show the feature image of the category, it's title, how many posts, and the category description?

You would need a custom code or a third-party plugin to do that dynamically.
