Is there a possibility to add an own "Form"

Hello together,
can somebody help me?
I just want to change the "Form" - Look at the Screenshot :)

I need something like a "torn Paper" and I just generate a .svg graphic for it. But how can I put this in bottom of the first section like the forms generate Press also uses?

you would need the GenerateBlocks Pro plugin to do that. You can then upload the Shape (FORM) to the Asset Library:
