Is there a H1 heading tag for post titles ?

Hi,
Would like to know if you are using h1 heading tags for post titles. During font size and typography adjustments on customization the post titles are in h2 heading tags and I can see the live changes.
Please clarify. I would like to have H1 heading for post titles.

H1s are used for post titles on single post pages.
On the posts page (blog), post titles are using H2s as you're not allowed to have more than one H1 on any single page.
