Is Standard Classic Theme Available?

Is the standard Classic theme available to use? I don't see it in the Site Library.

What is the site library used for? Does it just show you sites that people created with Generatepress?

all of the Sites in the Library can be imported into a new WordPress install.
They are an easy way of kick starting a new build with a design you may like:
